All content, designs, 3D renders, floor plans, and materials created by PhiForma Interiors during the proposal or execution phases remain the intellectual property of PhiForma Interiors until full payment is received as per the project contract, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Any information or materials you provide to us (e.g., site floor plans, requirements) must be accurate and you must have the right to provide them. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

PhiForma Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of this website or our services, beyond what is explicitly covered in the formal project contract.
